Painting

Painting is central to Genco Gulan’s practice, spanning abstract, figurative and conceptual approaches. His work was recognized by BP in 1993 and he began investigating AI-informed painting in the early 2010s.

He comes from a family of painters including Saime İzmiroğlu, Tezer and Nisan Su. His paintings are held in collections including Baksı Museum, ABC Holding, Fethi Pekin and Carmıklı.
